"Everything was as per the website, fantastic hotel, staff and parking, car looked after really well and was there waiting for us when we got back, it makes flying such a beter expirience, will be using your website again and will be telling everyone about you thanks"

"The room had one bedside light missing, and the grab handle in the bath which is very essential to elderly persons is obscured by the shower screen, so cannot be used on exit from bath. Spaghetti sold in the "Italian" restaurant are Vermicelli - and they say spaghetti is better known, so the chef calls them that. Breakfast for 2 in the room was served with only one plate. No manager was available for complaint "as they were all at a meeting" but a substitute manager was then found who cancelled all extra charges."
